New to prop trading?

How the challenge model works, in plain English.

What is prop trading?

A prop firm challenge is a short evaluation on a simulated account. You trade to a set profit target while staying inside daily and overall loss limits. Pass, and you're offered a funded account with a trader-favourable profit split. It's a lower-cost way to prove your skill and trade larger size.

1-step vs 2-step?

One evaluation phase versus two shorter ones. 2-step often has friendlier pricing.

What's a challenge?

A simulated evaluation with a profit target and loss limits. Break a rule and it ends.

How do payouts work?

Once funded, you keep a share of profits, commonly 80 to 90 per cent, paid on a set schedule.
