Propify is an information and intelligence platform designed to help traders compare proprietary trading firms. We provide data-driven insights, “Propify Scores,” and educational content to bridge the “clarity gap” in the industry.

Important: Propify is not a prop firm, a broker, or a financial advisor. We do not provide capital, execute trades, or offer personalized financial advice.

2. No Financial Advice

All content on Propify is for informational and educational purposes only.

• Trading involves significant risk.
• Our “Propify Score” and “Confidence Score” are based on our proprietary methodology and independent research, but they are not guarantees of a firm’s future performance or payout reliability.
• You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before committing funds to any third-party prop firm.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for “Comparison without Compromise,” the prop trading industry moves fast. Rules, pricing, and drawdown limits at external firms can change without notice.

• We work diligently to keep our database updated, but we cannot guarantee that all information is 100% accurate at all times.
• We are not liable for any losses incurred due to discrepancies between our data and the current rules of a specific prop firm.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Propify participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that if you click on a link to a prop firm and make a purchase, we may receive a commission.

• This comes at no extra cost to you.
• These commissions allow us to keep our core comparison tools free for the community.
• Despite these relationships, our reviews and scores remain independent and are governed by our internal Scoring Methodology.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account on Propify (via email or Google SSO):

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior (such as attempting to manipulate our review system).

6. Intellectual Property

The “Propify” name, logo, “Propify Score” system, and all original content, graphics, and design elements are the intellectual property of Propify.

• You may use our data for personal, non-commercial use.
• Scraping our data, reproducing our scoring system, or “framing” our website for commercial purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propify and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of the platform.
• Decisions made or challenges purchased based on our data.
• Technical issues or downtime of the website.
• The actions, service failures, or insolvency of any third-party prop firm listed on our site.
